Files aren’t displaying to users

Hi,

I am using the free version of Client Document Manager. Would like to pay for a license, however the document folders and files are not showing to anyone else that visits the website except myself. I have changed permissions on the files. I have had people delete their cache. Use different browsers. Even created users to only allow logged in clients to see the files and no luck. This is driving me crazy because I can see the files and folders on my computer when I am logged in but no one else can.

Hello, could you please submit a ticket with login information, its possible there is a theme conflict here
