Undefined variable warnings displaying on website

How do I get rid of these errors displaying on my website?

Notice: Undefined index: page in /home/bssincne/public_html/building/wp-content/plugins/sp-client-document-manager/shortcode.php on line 522

Notice: Undefined index: dlg-delete-file in /home/bssincne/public_html/building/wp-content/plugins/sp-client-document-manager/shortcode.php on line 525

Notice: Undefined index: sp-cdm-community-upload in /home/bssincne/public_html/building/wp-content/plugins/sp-client-document-manager/shortcode.php on line 534

Notice: Undefined variable: html in /home/bssincne/public_html/building/wp-content/plugins/sp-client-document-manager/shortcode.php on line 695

I‘ve updated to the latest versions of WordPress and SP Project & Document Manager and SP Client Document Manager Premium.

It looks like you have debug mode enabled on your site, please disable it.

I have disabled debug mode, however that just masks the problem.  I was hoping for a solution from the plug-in itself that takes care of these error messages.

Just an update to this, the notices are no longer showing up in the community version
